Our Engineering and Quantity Surveyors make the all important decisions about a buildings location and ensuring that a structure is safe and environmentally friendly. It's our responsibility to make sure this happens by managing cost efficiently, which in turn keeps everyone happy! The functions of our Quantity Surveyor are broadly concerned with the control of the cost of our clients construction projects. The methods employed, however, cover a range of activities which may include cost planning, value engineering, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, lifecycle costing, valuation and cost estimation. |
